Love our new hybrid flooring from Brisbane Floors. We ordered them for our entire two bedroom apartment including the bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and living areas. The colour is stunning and we constantly get compliments on them. Very happy with the quality - easy to maintain and keep clean. Also super hard wearing and waterproof! It is impossible to damage them - no matter what we drop on them, it doesnt even leave a mark. Mike was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in picking the colour with samples and answering all our questions. I could not recommend them enough!

What a great product we used a smoldering oak board with subtle lime wash, it came up beautiful and so hard wearing. The color is a beautiful match for our coastal home. Couldnt be happier with the quality of it! We dealt with Mike and Bridgette both whom have exceptional knowledge of the product and put our mind at ease being our first time renovating and wanting a reliable product with everything thats out there. They had great communication, friendly and super trustworthy. Would definitely use again!

If you are thinking of installing a bamboo floor, do yourself a favour and use another company. We had a floor installed throughout our entire house in 2017 and arranged both supply and install through Brisbane Floors. Despite their accusation that I misrepresented the issues, Brisbane Floors completely mismanaged the installation process. I then had to engage alternate, competent tradespersons at my own expense, to come in and try to rectify the many mistakes made when the floor was initially laid. 1. Brisbane Floors were aware of the stone-topped sideboard throughout the quoting process and long before installation took place as it was on site, in position, when Bridgette came out and quoted. It is deliberately false on their part to suggest that the sideboard was installed subsequent to the installation. As a matter of fact, in an email dated 26 August 2017 (2 months before installation), the weight of the bench top was specifically raised. Brisbane Floors never raised any concerns about the weight of the stone benchtop in the lead up to installation. I ended up arranging to have a builder cut the bamboo flooring and make the sideboard a permanent installation due to the failure of Brisbane Floors to take the weight of the sideboard into consideration. 2. The tired, old excuse that they keep trying to roll out about our air conditioning breaking down; well this is Brisbane. It gets hot and humid during the Summer. If the product cannot be put in a home that gets hotter than 23 degrees, perhaps it shouldn't be sold here. That was also the view of the QCAT Commissioner. In fact, bamboo flooring is installed in many houses without any air conditioning by other companies without issue. The company that carried out the repairs indicated that the reason for the peaking of the boards was a failure to allow for an adequate number of expansion joints during the initial install; which again calls the level of competence into question. 3. It was another builder that we had on site at the time doing external work who had to suggest to the tile remover that the equipment he had brought to do the job was grossly inadequate, after he spent more than half a day getting nowhere and constantly swearing at his predicament. 4. The bamboo installers alerted me to the fact that they did not feel they had been allocated adequate time to install the entire floor, which was subsequently relayed to Brisbane Floors at the time via phone, which prompted Michael to visit and discuss the installation progress with them. The only shameful part of this whole situation is that Brisbane Floors have never complied with the legally-binding orders handed down by QCAT, yet want to have a whinge that a customer who did not receive a satisfactory product leaves them a poor review that simply warns other potential customers of their after-sales "service", or lack thereof. Every opportunity was afforded to Brisbane Floors to rectify the works, but because they were paid in full less than a week after installation and the issues did not present for approximately six months, they decided to cut off lines of communication before the issues were adequately rectified, forcing me to seek remediation through other channels. Certainly demonstrates how much the "warranty" they spruik on their website is worth. Please feel free to view the photos showing the poorly fitted floorboards and the obvious gaps below the fascia after movement. I personally think that now, more than ever, people deserve to be made aware of companies that do not deliver on what they promise potential customers before they hand over their hard earned dollars.
