        Doctors are generally great, reception staff on the other hand are rude and unhelpful. They forget they are dealing with people that would much rather not be there so some empathy and compassion wouldnt go astray. The staff at their Yeppoon practice could teach them a thing or two.

        Phoned to try to get an appointment some are quite rude and brush you off quickly sorry I was in pain and crying just excuse short staffed well ok I understand but how about having some empathy and advise maybe contact yeppoon no just that's it go away
