Edmonton Family Medical Centre

I emailed for an appointment and havent had a reply back. I went to the medical center and before it close spoke to a doctor on New Years Eve and was told Id get a call back today, 3 January with no callback I have found that this practice does not, have a good rapport with new clients. I would not recommend them if you are wanting to see a doctor locally. Very poor service

Tried to book an appointment today. Was on hold for over 10 minutes before I was told to hold a while longer. No worries, busy times. I then wait another 20 minutes before the call gets hung up. Called again straight away and waited 10 minutes. Nothing. Waste of time. Don't bother booking appointments here.

I had to book 2 weeks in advance (as per usual) for a 9am Saturday appointment, I needed 1 prescription and a flu shot. I was made to fill out a questionnaire asking exactly what I needed from the doctor prior to the appointment. The doctor did not even turn up for work until 9.07am then I was told they only do flu shots during the week. Just another run of the mill pathetic medical centre in the cairns region...
