Not recommended. Requesting changes to plans took multiple reminders to be added. Wall plans would be updated, but engineering plans or renders were not. Every time you remind them of a change its a variation. Ended up with structural slab plans, subfloor plans and bracing plans that did not match in multiple locations, causing expensive rework during construction. "Inspections" of work during build were billed at twice the usual rate for such inspections and at no point in time did they inspect plan vs actual or set foot on the build site. Failed to send invoices then withheld documents stating we had not paid, causing issues with bank finance. When originally posting this review, King Architecture responded asking me to get in touch with them, I immediately forwarded my details clearly indicating the customer/job this review related to. (was supposed to be on their records originally but they never added it), however there has been no response to that contact. All round terrible experience

Got our soil test wrong in a big way and now Mark is trying everything thing to get out of fixing our house. Won't give us his last soil test and then after being late again for his findings blams it on the rain for the 2 year old house falling apart. He tells us he sold the company and is retired and by the way I'm off on two weeks holiday. Don't use this company.
