An absolute arrogant company to deal with. Not only their price isnt that great, their sales rep Simon (which I dont believe it is his real name) talks in a way so condescending you wanted to hang up within the first 5 mins. You deserve a better customer service elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking! Whilst the original market was good, they failed to install the product after a deposit and agreed upon installation date. After not turning up, they arranged a second installation date which they failed to honour. They then told me that the solar panels I had purchased were not currently available. They then harassed me to buy an alternative solar system, trying to get me to purchase a new product without a contract. It took about two weeks and several emails to get their new, proposed contract. Upon reading the contract, I was disappointed to find they were trying to get me to accept an inferior product; in terms of emissions and power generation to the one I initially purchased. They have stopped communication with me and have my deposit. I have no solar. I don't recommend them at all.

Make my solar are an extremely professional courteous and efficient solar company. Thanks to Katherine for her patience with me and my many emails. She has been brilliant. Would highly recommend this company,

These guys didnt work out for me. They dont seem to have control over their own stock or installation staff. I paid a deposit on the 6th of April and by end of August still no installation was imminent. They would continually give me dates for install and pull out everytime. In the end I lost all faith that I would ever see this installed and decided to cancel the contract and use another provider.

Makemy Solar team was very professional right from the start to the installation stage and have delivered an excellent service. Katherine was very responsive and provided very useful information which was helpful in making decisions at the early and later stages.
