I chose OPSM because it was a trusted brand. I do have to say everyone was nice but they mismanaged my purchase very badly. I purchased a buy one get the other one half price. Really loved both the frames. Did my eye test, she was lovely. When my glasses were ready for pick up, both pairs made me feel sick and I straight away knew something was wrong. I felt they didnt believe me so they told me to take them home and try them for a few days. I said I have to drive 2 hours and that was an inconvenience but no other outcome was offered. I went back after 5 days trying to wear both sets of glasses. Something was wrong. I went back snd asked for my money back for the one pair I just could not wear without feeling sick so they gave me another eye test. So the test came out the same as the last and the one pair I had left they decided to order new glass inserts. So another wait snd it took so long I had a trip overseas planned and I told them this. The one girl said they would send them to my overseas destination address and asked for it. Waited and waited. Nothing ever came so when I came back to Cairns I went in to hope they were in there to be told they dont know why I was promised the glasses could get sent overseas because that was not their policy but I was relieved when they were in fact sitting in the shop. Tried them on and instantly felt sick. Couldnt see properly. A young guy working there said let me have a look and he took them away and when he brought them back they instantly were perfect. He said someone had put the lenses in the wrong place. So obviously thats what was wrong with the other pair I returned. Such a small thing that ended up taking weeks to get it right. It was a waste of time and caused me a lot of worry thinking I had an eye problem and that the other pair had been lost in the post. (Never posted at all). Should have gone to you know where.
