Carry On - International Terminal

Arrived at the store at 10:45 pm, needed to buy a carry on bag as mine was falling apart. Shutters were up but staff inside (closing time is 11:30 According to website). Staff refused to let me buy the bag I needed and told me it was closed even though they were still in the store and it was way before closing time. Staff were very rude, I travel from BNE every month and will never use this store again. Disgusting service, especially when they are supposed to cater for travelers going through the airport.

I stopped to buy a luggage tag and was persuaded to buy a travel adaptor for Vietnam just in case the adaptor I was travelling with wasnt suitable in all parts of the country. The sales person encouraged me to bring it back if I didnt use/need it. Sure enough - I didnt. I carried it throughout Vietnam with the blister pack intact with receipt. Upon return to Brisbane International I tried to return the adaptor to the same shop, different sales people. They refused to refund it claiming that they dont issue refunds. The receipt doesnt contain terms for a refund and only directs customers to a URL. This is the worst type of service: misleading customers thinking 99% of cumstomers wont ever bother to come back to the departures terminal at the end of a trip. Dont spend your money here!!!
