CardioTech Treadmills

I bought a X9 Treadmill from these guys and I have been complaining that it keeps skipping and throwing me off. They at first recommended silicon spray which I have put under the mat but it is still doing it and shutting off and coming up with error message E1. I have written to this company several times and no-one has gotten back to me in over a week so far. I have found this quite disappointing.

I researched a lot of chairs and this chair offered the most functions and areas. Ie not all chairs come with the head rest or offer many massage techniques. What I wasn't happy with was the users manual. It just shows you what the buttons on the remote is not actually how to use the mode button. I personally don't like the knocking option asit hurts a little. Not sure if I can or can't turn this function off at all. The mode seems to just go through all techniques in one session. With the knocking, I can only seem to at this stage use the chair every second day as I feel bruised. I need to do some google searching to learn more about the chair I think and its functions. Not unhappy but did think it was going to be a little different then what it was. The staff are fantastic and quick to answer any questions either through chat or email. Once I work out what I can and can't do, I'm sure my experience will improve. Thanks cardi tech

My treadmill arrived yesterday and the guys were amazing. Taking the time to position it where I wanted it to go, setting up the machine and explaining how everything works. Exceptional service provided

Customer service was great on phone and online easy transaction. Delivery boys were great and explained the use of the equipment highly recommended

Im SO happy with my new treadmill from Cardiotech! Sean helped me with the process online and he was polite, professional and made it REALLY easy. It was delivered and assembled a few days later by two GREAT guys who explained everything I needed to know and they answered all my questions. I thoroughly recommend Cardiotech if youre in the market for any fitness equipment.
