Initially they supposed to deliver a Samsung TV but no follow ups regarding the tv delivery so I contacted back to their office then they informed me that the Samsung TV is not in stock.
Then They promised me to deliver a LG TV on Saturday but I waited entire day at home for the tv delivery but nothing happened.
I didnt get any notifications regarding the reason why they were not able to do the delivery on Saturday.
I sent an email to their office but no reply at all.
So I contacted my insurance company AAMI on Monday and , they apolologised to me and informed me that someone will contact me from the Bettagroup office.
A lady from the delivery department contacted me on Monday saying that they cant do the delivery on Monday because they dont have enough staffs to do the delivery but Tuesday is possible.
The reason why they didnt deliver the tv on Saturday because of the miscommunication happened between the
Head office and the delivery department. I cant believe how unprofessional Bettagroup is
My whole point is Im waiting for this issue to get sorted for the last 11 days and still they are delaying the delivery.
For How long a customer has to wait for the TV delivery?? They are not doing anything great to make feel a customer happy..
100% unprofessionalI dont recommend Bettagroup to anyone.. Worst experience which I ever had.
