        Dont Purchase vehicles from here. Mine was loaded with forklift onto tilt tray and they damaged side steps and put dents in the tail sharft. Contacted them for reimbursement for steps and sharft and got told damaged caused by forklift is In there terms and conditions! Why do we pay such large fees etc for such little care!

        My car ended up here after being written off. Do not trust them to return all of your belongings from the car. I had spare brake pads and loose money left in the car. Never to be seen again. Blatant stealing.

Receiving a courier package with the things that were unknowingly left in our car that was written off and in possession of Manhein was, unexpected and much appreciated. Going above and beyond.
