Top experience Warren helped us sell our family home on Sunshine Coast acerage after we relocated to Capricorn Coast for work. It was still being renovated while it was on the market. Warren did well keeping us up to date with progress, and easily accepted any changes we wanted to make to the marketing. He is very friendly and approachable and tries hard to make the experience as stress-free as possible. We put it on the market in December 2022, and were very happy with the offer put forward in February 2023. Given Christmas holidays, I feel like the property moved fairly quickly. A very satisfying and uncomplicated sale experience Sold my property this week. I can safely say my property was sold in minimum time and for a sound price. This result is directly attributed to the knowledge and marketing strategy of Alisa Wythes. She has a strong understanding of the area, of which I listened to her advice in planning the sale strategy. It worked well in my favour as a number of considersble offers followed shortly after the house went to market. Out of this experience I can honestly say that it went very smoothly and subsequently was not stressful. Helpful, no pressure, happy experience with her It was a pleasure dealing with Alisa. I never felt I was being given the hard sell. She was always so cheerful, friendly and willing to arrange numerous inspections before I was comfortable buying the house. Being new to the area, she would take those extra steps to provide the necessary information/knowledge about services in the area. If she didn't have the answer, she'd find out and get back to me. Thank you for helping to lower my stress when it comes to buying a house.

Very professional and easy to deal with. Alisa is a very knowledgeable long term local real estate expert. Her easy going happy nature made the whole sale process a breeze for us in the sale of our investment property. As Im sure it would have been for the prospective buyers.
