The doctors are very professional and kind with their patients, alongside the staff being friendly. Been visiting this clinic for a couple of years now, and always had a good experience.

I have been attending this practice for two and a half years. The reception staff have always projected a professional and helpful attitude. Whereas I have been seen by several doctors within the practice, all of whom were very professional and empathic, I have generally been attended to by Dr Iqbal. The treatment I have received by all at this practice has been professional as well as caring.

Great doctors but absolutely horrendous reception staff, I have been seeing the same doctor for many years but regrettably will be changing my GP as the reception staff are rude and absolutely useless Edit: you will not find me on your database because my Medicare name is under the name of Emma Jeffels. Additionally I am now blocked from making an appointment with my GP online presumably because of my complaint towards your reception staff. This is unfortunate as restricting access to medical care is disgusting as is the behaviour of your reception staff. No I didnt forget to mention anything at all and your responses are just displaying the unprofessional behaviour I would expect. I was given access to a phone consult only as I was suffering from a kidney infection and was deteriorating to the point of almost needing hospitalisation. I think you forgot to mention that while I was late for my appointment due to a misunderstanding on my part, most likely due to being particularly unwell I was turned away by your reception staff which then led to further complications.
