Wow!!! Adele is amazing at what she does and so lovely and personable, deffinatly becoming a regular, 100% reccomend to everyone wanting to clear old energy and anyone suffering from pain.

ON BEHALF OF KEN PALMER After an accident caused severe damage to 9 tendons and many nerves in my hand, not being able to work, and having weekly OT appointments I tried Bowen Therapy, I am blown away with the results. The constant pins and needles went, the over sensitivity is less and my OT measured more range of movement in my fingers, she said to keep going cause it is working. To top it all off, after the first treatment from Adele I woke up on my back with no pain, that is the first time in 20 years that has ever happened. I was referred to Adele at Complete Health Bowen from a friend at the gym due to some on going niggling injuries and a serious hand injury that was hindering my everyday activities. I had never done Bowen therapy before and was sceptical about how it would help me. Adele explained the theory behind Bowen and what I should expect to experience. She put my concerns aside which in turn allowed me to be open minded about the experience. I have had a few session with Adele and each time Im seeing more and more benefits from this therapy. I am amazed by the success I have had with my hand and the fact that I almost have full function back in it. I am more than happy to say I am now a believer in Bowen Therapy and in particular Adele with how welcoming she is and the amazing work she does. Go check her out.

I can't say enough about Bowen and Adele. I have a neck injury from years ago and have lived with the agonising continual pain for over 25 years. Physio, chiro and the likes could never give me relief. I went to Adele and now only need a top up, along with my other aches and pains, this is the best treatment for me. I can't believe how amazing Bowen and Adele are Thank you
