Not one bit happy with the company. Just got my bill in the mail and it is 4x higher than any other bill. Called up asking why because nothing has changed how we use our electricity. They said because the person that checks the meter was just guessing what it should be instead of actually checking it. Now he has decided to check it we are paying for all the under estimated bills. It should have been checked right every time. This isn't fair on the customer at all. Definitely changing companies.

Not such a great experience with me my system is just on a year old and has had multiple failures and has just failed again. One of the biggest issues I can see is that when the system does have an issue there is no notification no indication to alert the end user. You have to monitor the system regularly and know what you are looking at otherwise the first thing you know about it is when your bill comes in and by then its to late. Techs are awesome but rest has me asking questions if I made the right decision. Ok so credit were credit is due the Team at Red Earth have resolved my issues, not to say it took some time but the overall outcome, the customer service and back up is the exact reason that I purchased an Australian made product. Thank you Red Earth

The system discharges during peak energy prices even if youbhave energy trading turned off. It drains your battery so you end up having to pay for power. Last bill was $180. I raised the jumps and discharge patterns throughout the period and was told its all normal. Clearly not the case. Install and unit are neat but the operation of the apps is poor and Clearly doesn't work. I'll be asking for redearth to refund me my electricity bill as I should have more than enough battery power to power my home
