    What an absolute nightmare dealing with incompetent, useless staff. The concept of Customer Service seems to allude every one of their employees. I have been asking for a itemised tax invoice since March 2020 and even Fair Trading can't get a response from them

    We had solar panels installed by One Source Energy. During the installation our roof was damaged and now leaks when it rains. We have requested for a repair to the damage and the "managing director" is ignoring our emails and all contact requesting assistance with this. It took a month to get the paperwork submitted to Energy Australia to connect our solar panels to the grid, and now, almost six weeks later, this step still hasnt been completed because she has neglected to submit our paperwork and safety certification correctly. The lodgement has been rejected. We paid One Source Energy for the panels and service, and our investment still remains inactive thanks to having being deserted of all support by One Source Energy. We've requested multiple times, over the past four weeks, a copy of the safety certification (a completed CCEW must be submitted within seven days of completing any safety and compliance test on an electrical installation) and we lose money on our investment as a result of her incompetence and blatant disregard in fulfilling the service for which she was paid to do. Our emails and messages go unanswered, and our roof continues to leak (even after explaining in an email to Madelyn that there is a three year old child that lives here with respiratory issues and that wed like to avoid damp and mould from developing, she has continued to ignore us). It is galling to see her active on social media everyday touting her credentials as an expert and successful business person, whilst she dodges us, her paying customers. And from what I can see, most or all of the 5 star reviews are from people who are/were involved in the business somehow. Complaint to the DOFT has been submitted. UPDATE: NSW Department of Fair Trading have directly confirmed that One Source Energy were never even licensed to operate in NSW when our installation was done. They wrongly assumed that using a licensed subcontractor would suffice. The subcontractor they used trashed our roof, the installation was non-compliant and not up to code. The company who we had re-install the panels said the installation was done so poorly it was a fire hazard. The cost to repair our roof, have the panels and system re-installed by a company doubled the overall price paid originally. The process from start to finish has taken 7 months - from the very first botched installation in April 2020, right up to having half our ceiling replaced in November 2020. The biggest mistake of all was to use One Source Energy.

    Service was good prior to the install. After sales service is very bad, We had issues with over voltage which was corrected by Energex we now have an error that requires the installer to fix. telephone calls are not return and the phone is always on divert. Which is a direct contradiction of their website statement

    Terrible Customer Service Never return phone calls never came back to install hot water timers for 6 months and ended up with a $800 elec bill after solar rebates Wanted full payment for a half installed system Ready for the second half to be installed and cant get them on the phone or to return email Surprised they are still in business to be honest
