If you dont live in Dalby you cant go there. I live 25 minutes away in Quinalow an am in severe tooth pain with a tooth infection, but because I dont live in the town of Dalby they wont see or give me a script for antibiotics, I now have to do a 2 hour round trip an drive to Toowoomba under excruciating pain in 37 degree heat what a joke.

Wow- we all know Doctors Surgeries are flat out but as a visitor to town being told that the 'new patient' waiting list is 6 weeks is unbelievable and if a telephone consult is no good the best option was to go to the local Hospital. Got an Appt next day in Toowoomba - skipped thru Dalby.

Unbelievably poor. I rang on behalf of my 90 year old mother who has been a customer of the practice since the day they started. My mother was feeling ill and had a bad cough, her voice was somewhat effected by her condition. I asked for an appointment to see her regular GP and was advised the next available appointment was 18 days away. I was taken aback by such a delay and was fearful that that would not be in her best interest to wait that long. The receptionist advised another GP would be available sooner. In 8 days time. I told the receptionist who not once asked my mothers condition, that I was not used to such poor service delivery. She started getting talking over the top of me and was generally uncooperative. I was commencing to see what else I could do and she just hung up. Tomorrow we will go to the outpatients at the local hospital. If that is the best they can do to treat sick 90 year olds then maybe they should have a good hard look at their work practices.
