Sanctuary Lake Apartments

Where do we start? Room we stayed in is in need of an up update, vertical blinds broken In most rooms, was scared to use them in fear of breaking them more, floor lamps not working, rubbish was found stuffed in the cushions of the lounge and in the cupboards. Silicon in the bathrooms needs cleaning as it is deteriorating and mouldy, as is the black spot on the ceiling above the shower in bathroom. The rangehood needs a deep clean, you could smell the built up grease when you used it.The residents seem to be annoyed that holiday makers are staying in "their" complex and tell kids to be quiet and go to bed at 8pm, also there was one older gentleman who really wanted to know what room my son was staying in while he was swimming in the pool, and another gent that whilst my group were cooking and eating in a communal area seemed extremely interested in what we were doing. The doona we were meant to use had various stains of an uncertain nature on them. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, parking was easy, and the complex is fairly central to shopping, cafes and transport Our booking was a large one (11 people /3 apartments) for over a week, and this is only one groups experience

We actually live here since 2020 and ever since our new managers started , the place is just amazing! Not only is the complex very well maintained, the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism the new managing couple radiate is just above and beyond. The room we had was not clean and was dated. We had secure parking and the pool and gardens were awesome. Rooms: Carpet needed cleaning. Patio facing pool was dirty
