Trent and his team did an amazing job. Communication was clear, time line was met. After having an extremely stressful experience with another builder we were a little nervous to do renovations again; Trent eased our nerves within the first few days. All the trades on site were polite, respectable and clean. Will be using them again for our kitchen reno in 2023!

Having used Latimer Building Concepts years ago, it was an easy decision to use Trent and his team again for an extension and renovations along with Mark Hudson for the building design. Trent, James, Yuya and other tradespeople we encountered could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. Nothing was ever too much, trouble especially considering the project took place during difficult times for the building industry with uncertainty and delays on supplies, most of which we were shielded from and did not have to stress about. We love the way our house and lifestyle has been transformed and have no hesitation recommending Latimer Building Concepts to anyone. We used Trent and the team to build a house in Burleigh while we were living in Perth. Due to Covid restrictions, we weren't able to visit the site during the build and had to put our trust in Trent and Architect, Mark Hudson, with the build. It was our first build, and thankfully the Latimer team was really great to deal with and we were very impressed with the finishes and feel of the house when we finally saw it for the first time! We would recommend the team and would happily use them again for any future projects!

Trent Latimer has recently built our new house at Banora Point. From quote to completion Trent is the complete professional, always approachable and pleasant to deal with. His quoting was so thorough that what was quoted was what we paid. No surprises. Trent and his staff have created a wonderful new home for us and we are delighted with the completed project.
