AMAZING! Please read Weve gone through this company many times now for both insurance & private jobs. Mostly had Dwayne come out, but other electricians were all really friendly & did brilliant, clean & safe work. Even over the phone & getting quotes was easy & stress free. Work quality is perfect & done so neatly & safe Customer service - 10/10 They listen & non-judgemental Work efficiently & fast without compromising quality at all. Very adaptable to requests Great pricing Also a list of jobs weve had done so far More in detail below WORK QUALITY Absolutely 10/10. Even used a level to make sure everything was perfectly straight. Super efficient worker, while also doing with great accuracy. See pictures CUSTOMER SERVICE Note: I have OCD & other conditions which meant I had some strange requests & Dwayne was so understanding, non-judgmental, accepting, patient & adaptable LISTEN & UNDERSTANDING NEVER felt like we were hurried or they were rushing the job. Dwayne asked me a few questions through his visits to make sure Id be happy with particular things that he thought may affect me &/or my OCD, which he was absolutely correct & was more than happy to make adjustments no matter how annoying I thought the job would be. To him nothing was too hard or a problem. PRICING Money well spent!! Great pricing! We wouldnt go with anyone else. Also easy to get quotes & are very transparent. JOBS THEYVE DONE FOR US SO FAR Installed new power points New light switches Run cables, extend &/or moved Moved lighting to where we preferred & Added extra light fittings ie: we wanted 4 lights in one room instead of 2. All fittings installed perfectly Power box / board is all up to code & safe. I absolutely recommend!!

I build custom homes and only use JLT in all these builds as they give excellent customer service for my clients. The showroom makes it so much easier as it has everything displayed for the clients to choose from. The electrical plan is done at the showroom and the clients walk out with their house having all the electrical requirements met. His guys always turn up on time and complete the job on time. I highly recommend them as professional and reliable company.
