Tim was very easy to deal with from start to finish. The discussions prior to installation were very informative and very helpful. On the day of installation Tim and Ian arrived on time. Throughout the installation process their communication was great. I found them to be very efficient, friendly and professional. Tim has installed three air conditioners for us over the last three years - so that pretty much says it all. He has always been easy to work with - his workmanship and attention to detail are excellent, he's honest, reliable, and punctual, and his prices are very competitive. During the most recent job, I had an idea of where I'd like the air conditioner placed, but Tim took the time to point out what it would look like from the outside (not good!) and helped find a more suitable location - he even held it up against the wall so that I could see what it would look like :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 2Cool Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - thanks Tim and Ian!
