My experience has been incredible. They were able to get me into surgery within a week for emergency wisdom tooth removal. Dr William Huynh was incredibly kind and explained all aspects of the procedure and recovery in detail and clearly. I had no concerns about my safety and always felt like I was in the best of hands. Couldnt recommend this practice more!

Had a bottom rear molar removed (old filling cracked and rot set in) 3 days ago. 75 years old and not looking forward to it (cheep cheep) but Dr. Omar and Maddy with their friendly and caring approach made me relax. Although I thought they were going to pull my chin off during the removal, it all went good and recovery was quite quick. Obviously tender first day (a couple of ibuprofen fixed that) and now 3 days later it is really almost normal (apart from the big gap in my bottom teeth) so I can truly recommend them. PS the Kismet name is obviously a "nom de plume" but it really happened:).

I was referred to Focus MFS after having impacted wisdom teeth and persistent pericoronitis (inflammation/infection of the gum around the wisdom teeth). I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and its surgeons and staff. 1) The easy booking. After online referral by my dentist, I was called and texted by the clinic staff, who listed for me times that they had available for initial consult should I wish to proceed. 2) Personable and knowledge doctors. I then saw Dr William Huynh, who explained to me the exact indication and risks of having / not having surgical removal. I was subsequently booked in the same day for a removal under sedation 3) Easy and clear communication preop. All communication via emails and texts, which outlined the requirements on the day of the surgery. Everything was crystal clear, and all consents and preop checklists were easy to fill out and manage. 4) The whole procedure was a non event. Doctors and nurses on time to the dot. Dr Paul Slocombe the regular anaesthetist exchanged some calming words and then I dont remember a thing. Post op, I didnt need anything except Panadol and Neurofen. Clinic staff followed up to see how I was, and now its all over. Great team and service for time poor person like myself. Thanks Dr Huynh and Dr Paul Slocombe for the efficient and high quality care. Dont hesitate to see this clinic and its doctors for your maxillofacial procedures.
