I have been seeing Dr. Kim for about 6 years and have found him to be very professional and thorough. He has taken the time to explain any treatment I required and answer any questions. He did a great job of surgically removing a BCC on my face that left no scar. I don't understand the negative reviews, the only thing I can think of is some may take his no nonsense manner as a lack of empathy, (not true) but then if you want a cup of tea and a hug maybe you best go elsewhere.

Dr Kim is amazing he is kind funny thorough. He performed surgery on my face and did an awesome job I will have minimal scaring. He even came in on his holiday for the removal of my stitches. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated doctor who goes beyond his hours to help people he is so professional and confident which put me at ease highly recommend. And thanks to the receptionist beautiful lady and also beautiful Christine

Please if your thinking of coming here think again. If I could rate this dermatologist a 0 rating I would. Dr Kim is really rude and made my first ever time at the dermatologist really upsetting and uncomfortable. While trying to explain what I was experiencing he was cutting me off. He then figured out my concerns and told me he proved me wrong while I was sitting in the chair crying. He was really stressing about the condition I had and was talking really fast and hightened. I asked him to please relax as I was getting anxious and I wasnt having a very pleasant experience. After all that I went to the reception where it was $250 I had to call my bank to transfer money through, while I was on the phone to the bank and still crying outside the receptionist came out and hurried me up to get off the phone because it was her lunch break time. Really rude and unpleasant place to go I will not recommend this place. Doctor Kim is a disgrace

I was referred to them to discuss sweating so rang to make an appointment. I explained my concerns and was told the doctor would do an injection at the appointment and the cost would be circa $300. I checked their website and rang back to confirm that my condition was treatable as their website only stated armpits would be treated by the injection where my sweating was on my head. I was assured that it was fine and to attend the appointment. When I got there, the Dr immediately told me he was doing a skin check but didn't tell me that it was an additional cost. When I brought up about the sweating, he said there was nothing that could really be done for sweating of the head and face. I was charged around $480 for the skin check, which I hadn't booked in for. I felt that it was just a money grab and was very disappointed in the whole experience.
