From the subtle follow up to the end result. Nicole did an amazing job with acquiring the finance we needed. For around 9-months Nicole kept in touch on a regular basis only to ask how we were going looking at properties. Nicole would phone back when she said she would and at no stage did Nicole come across pushy or sales person like, there was a genuine feeling of wanting to help. Eventually we found a house we wanted to buy and Nicole was there to help and answer any questions needed. Whether it was a random text message after hours or that last minute "I forgot to ask" phone call Nicole was there whenever we needed her. The approval process was carefree and simple. Nicole accommodated us by taking time from her day to come to our house to explain all the important details and different options we had. Eventually when it came to signing the documentation nothing was a hassle and again Nicole came to our house to accomodate and make us feel more comfortable. Right through until settlement Nicole and Dustin the owner of the Bank keep us updated. Then on settlement day we received phone calls from Dustin and Nicole to congratulate us and advise us of the settlement, as well as give us a thank you and house warming gift. We look forward too many more years of banking with Nicole, Dustin and the team at Coorparoo and talking with them for all of our banking needs.
