Aparigraha has a gift for bringing bodies into alignment. I have a "hunchback" posture due to a lifetime illness, and after only one session I already felt much straighter and like my body was reset correctly. I can't recommend highly enough. Truly exceptional.

My experience was pretty amazing with Aparigraha. I attended her sessions for a few weeks to improve my posture developing . It was always a very good and informative experience. What was really impressive was that Alexandra technique is a long term training that we can go away and then apply ourselves to improve our health by improving our posture. Thank you.

I began seeing Aparigraha 9 weeks ago for structural re-education & some relief from nerve pain in the neck, & a very twisted/tilted head. My condition is chronic & degenerative. Aparigraha is truly dedicated & gifted at re-educating the body. As a fellow therapist, I am very in tune with my body & have been able to go into the pain to had 3 very powerful releases of stuck energy. My head has not been this straight in several years & with patience & more sessions hopefully I will eventually get some relief from the pain as well. I feel very blessed to have found Aparigraha
