Its been 6 months since I joined F45CP and its one of the best decisions Ive made! The team is amazing and very professional, and the gym is always clean and organised. I love seeing how F45CP is changing everyones life. I never feel like not going to the gym because F54CP is a vibe !

I never thought I would actually enjoy going to a gym...but F45 Coomera Pimpama is different. The trainers are amazing - so helpful & encouraging, always with your best interests prioritised! The vibe that Lou & her team have created is something I've never experienced at a gym before. You're not just a number or another member...you become an extended family! We've met some of our best friends because of F45 Coomera Pimpama. Thanks Lou & the team for creating an encouraging, safe hub where we can train, socialise and actually enjoy our fitness - at whatever level that might be!

My fitness journey over the years has been all over the place really. I would join various gyms but I never felt motivated enough to attend regularly. I took a chance one day signing up for a free trial at F45CP and I absolutely loved it. I joined soon after and it's honestly changed my life. I'm fitter, stronger and overall a happier person. The trainers are incredible and push you to do better. I recommend my gym to everyone. My husband attends now too and he thoroughly enjoys the weight classes. If you're thinking of joining, do it. You'll be glad you did!
