We are very happy with KEs service at Coach Harbour Town Adelaide! As soon I walked in store with my mum we met Ke who give us the best service and help me to choose what I needed. He is very professional with his job and understands what we want. The other staff also very friendly. We definitely come back again. They actually do sell great quality products.

Staffs are very friendly and welcome also very professionally, especially JACYLN. Me and my wife are looking for a present for our friend's birthday. JACYLN approached us and explained all the details about promotion and showed all the things we are looking for very patiently. Finally we bought the handbag which cost under 500. She said if we spent 500 or more, we would get a free gift. Honestly, I don't want to buy any more since I thought that is the way all the retailers tried to get more money from customers. But JACYLNY is so special and calculate the difference amount straight away and showed us the products that fit in the difference amount range. She is so so patient and fantastic customer service and sellers. Customer like me are hard to sell but she can take money from my pocket. Well done, JACYLNY. You are fantastic!!!!

Absolutely love this store and their collection. One of the staff member named Nia/Niya made my shopping so smooth and comfortable with her warm and friendly smile. She was terrific and hats off to her patience level with a fussy customer like me. I end up buying 6 items on absolute bargain. To be honest all staff was so welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this store.
