Picked up some lost dogs off the street and took them here to be looked after. I was treated like they were mine and I was trying to get rid of them until they found that the dogs were microchipped to someone else. It was not a good experience.

Diane is a rude awful lady. I have called a few times and dealt with a few different staff members and the other ladies were quite compassionate and helpful, im not sure what happened in Dianes life to turn her into such a cold heartless woman but I hope for the people around her sake she develops some kind of human emotion and heart. When I asked her who the supervisor/ manager was she said it was her but then when I questions why other staff were able to provide me with information that she refused to give me she blamed a lack of staff training ???? Is she saying that she isnt a competent manager/supervisor because isnt that who trains the staff? As a mother I sincerely hope Diane doesnt have children and if she does I feel very sorry for them. Diane, you are awful. Regards.
