The 2 gentleman were very efficient, doing a great job replacing an old AC, and replacing an old oven. Apart from requiring a phone call for a later than advised start time, the communication from the office was excellent. The gentlemen on the job were very helpful with advice around the installed items, and on some other questions around electrical matters. Being very impressed, I highly recommend this company. We found office staff at Sparc Electrical and Airconditioning to be prompt and efficient with all communication including changes we made to our work request. The tradesmen who attended on the day were all friendly and easy to communicate with. They also problem solved onsite issues. We found all staff to be most professional and we will use them as our electricians in the future. Mick was so helpful rectifying an ongoing issue I had with Energex. He and his team did further work for me recently with more challenges, which was dealt with in a timely and non-invasive manner with excellent communication.
