Their customer service is rude and they do not care if they make mistakes, they tell you they will fix them and they dont. Their installation employees do not turn up when they say they will (if at all). We have gaps and warped shutters. If you try to explain that something is broken/wrong they will yell at you, ignore you or act like its not their problem. I am happy to show anyone the disgraceful shutters we have in our home.
We thought we would do the right thing by supporting a local business. How wrong we were.
