Dr Ashford and her Nurse were absolutely amazing and so empathetic and kind. I was so overwhelmed with what I came to see them for and left feeling relived. Couldnt recommend Q Dermatology in Cleveland enough.

Initial cons started 55 minutes late. Very rushed, no time to ask questions, full skin check was done within minutes, 3 biopsy samples taken, all within about 20 minutes, report not received within the promised week. Very expensive, $450 charged, Medicare refund $160 (aged pensioner). Not recommended.

I had my first appointment this morning at Q Dermatology Cleveland & I am extremely happy with my experience. From reception to nurse to Dr. everyone was very friendly & very professional. A big thankyou to everyone who attended to me.

I had the best experience here with my son who is 3. Everyone was so nice, kind and just so patient! Dr Lauren Young and her nurse Courtney were so amazing with treating my son who had a little procedure done. Highly recommend!

Dr Adam Quinn is the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant individual that I have ever encountered in the medical profession. Not only are you kept waiting for in excess of an hour EVERY time you have an appointment, when asked why you have to wait so long he is so sensitive, he then turns, opens the room door and asks you to leave, plus blames you. He has no care for his patient's wellbeing nor do any of his staff at the front desk. His only saving grace are the nurses/assistants who work for him. They have always been warm and welcomiong, although I do note that I've never seen the same one twice which tend to indicates that it's not only his patients he treats poorly. I am now left with a young teenage boy, part way through an extremely expensive acne treatment with out a doctor to care for him. Shame on you! You can also expect a report to the Australian Medical Associatation regarding your unprofessional behaviour and inappropriate conduct and threats towards me and for your complete lack of care of the needs of patients for whom you have a professional responsibility to, opne of whom you have dismissed part way through a highly dangerous treatment.
