She is easy to communicate with and sends reminders to us for payments to ato. We use Vanessa for BAS and income tax returns.

        This accountant seems to fit better in corporate where she does what she is told rather than working independently. She seems to be working against and not for your interest. Incapable in giving any advice that can help you navigate the tax system. Avoid if you can.
