Bowen Relief

I am so incredibly impressed with Bowen Therapy & the results given. Sean is just wonderful. He takes the time to listen & really thinks about what he does on me. In fact I originally went to Sean as my partner had a very bad back & Sean squeezed in him. We were both so impressed with the outcome and Sean that day I made an appointment for myself. I had seen many Physiotherapists, pain management specialists & other Bowen Therapists with no results. So I was very dubious as to whether this treatment would help. After my first session my pain levels had dropped significantly. I was no longer crying getting out of bed each morning. I continue to see Sean, as slowly but surely I am improving. I have recommended Sean to my 80 year old mother & she too has had great results. I highly recommend Sean. He is a true gentleman.

I've just finished a series of Bowen therapy with Sean. I had pain in my shoulder and tingling in my arm which was causing me major discomfort sleeping and going about daily life. I am now am fully functioning and have slept better immediately after the first session. It's great not having to take pain relief and resolving the nerve issue. I've no hesitation recommending Sean or Bowen, his professional manner, knowledge on muscles and intuition is evident. I'm so glad I was recommended to come. Thank you Sean

This was my first time experiencing a Bowen therapy treatment. I had tried various other treatments previously and wanted to try something different. I was really surprised with the outcome as ordinarily I would walk out of previous treatments in a bit of discomfort but this was different. Sean is gentle and was able to get to the crux of my issues. Bowen therapy is such a targeted treatment that gets lasting results. I went in without any expectations of time frame or how I would feel as I wanted to keep an open mind to the new treatment. I would recommend Bowen therapy to anyone who wants to combat any pain issues especially...I really noticed a change in my body after a couple of session's and had documented my progress with Sean on this.

After being diagnosed with a herniated disc in my lower back and no being able to walk or stand for over 3 weeks. A family friend recommended me to see Sean at Bowen Relief. I have seen him 4 times now and wow what can I say...it's been life changing. I'm almost back to normal life and totally off pain killers 95% of the time. I would highly recommend giving Sean a try if your in pain
