From the very beginning I have found Dr Webber and staff to be wonderful . All staff have been so kind, gone above and behind from the very first phone call. Accommodating a quick appointment and surgery date. Dr Webber lived up to his reputation as having a wonderful bedside manner and calming approach at initial consult. He came highly recommended for wisdom teeth removal and I will continue to recommend him and his team to anyone who asks. Great work team!

Notice how all positive reviews are 5 years old, and how the negative reviews are recent. I was sent to this place by my dentist. The staff was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills and the doctor was unhelpful and dismissive. There are better places to go on the Gold Coast.

Both our sons have had their wisdom teeth removed by Shannon Webber. He put them at ease in pre consultations, explained the process clearly and there were no issues with the removal of their wisdom teeth - minimal swelling and only a few days down time. I can definitely recommend his services. In fact our 3rd child is having her teeth removed this week!

All staff including doctor was very professional and organised. However, the amount of post-op instructions provided following wisdom tooth surgery was limited. Furthermore, much stronger pain-killer options should have been prescribed as I suffered intense pain. I had a complicated recovery having the wound flushed out by the practice nurse following complaining of pain. However, I was not warned to look out for complications such as this which is apparently quite common. Furthermore, having a prescription so that I may have had the option for stronger pain killers would have been useful, rather than having to seek out a GP for this. Still, I would recommend this practice, and would simply recommend they take on this feedback so that future patient care could be improved.
