Claudia was originally assisting me with my travels. Was great customer service and made everything so easy! Unfortunately, once covid hit and Air Canada was issuing refunds for those entitled, a new person named Peter was assisting me and was very difficult to work with. Was very pessimistic, I had to constantly chase them up for a response/update. Did not update me once the refund was ready to be processed and did not contact me once the refund had been put through. Would not recommend booking through LetzTravel - particularly during the covid times as it is not worth the risk of a hassle like this. I am a very patient person and understand the delays covid has put on businesses however the lack of response, and unwilling to assist is what put me off.

After remembering to check my spam mail I had my flight tickets purchased to London and my 2 year health insurance all sorted within a week! I highly recommend travelling through The Working Holiday Club and Letz Travel!
