        The 5 star review is for the excellent service I received from Ayla today! She was trying to help me find my favourite pair of glasses which had sadly been discontinued and was calling around all the other stores to see if they had any out back. She was extremely helpful and had the loveliest, kindest demeanour, and helped me with the names of some different pairs of glasses so I could pick something else. Thank you to Ayla! My mum and I thought you were the absolute best :)

        The appointment went quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the limited choices of glasses was disappointing. I had to take my prescription to SpecSavers.

        Staff were very helpful and friendly. Anthony the optometrist went above and beyond not only for customers but also assisted fellow staff as the shop was very busy yesterday. Lovely girl served me first. Long dark hair brown eyes .. her name escapes me. She was very knowledgeable and obliging. Great experience all round.
