I'm a fan. Prof Shaw is a caring, thoughful and knowledgeable endocrinologist, and I'm very grateful another specialist recommended her to me. I'm confident I'm in very competent, kind hands :)

I met Dr Shaw when she looked after my mother, and she was absolutely accurate in all her assessments, so when it came to needing an Endocrinologist myself, I returned to Dr Shaw. As I learned, that whilst she is kind, incredibly caring and goes way above and beyond any expectations, she is efficient and timely, (when I requested an appointment from three specialists she responded with an email appointment the following day, the second took over a month the third has never responded). She will always allow choice, but I knew from experience that her opinion is too good to ignore, I took it and survived (as I doubt I would have under the circumstances). She is brilliant, dedicated and a beacon of hope if you are alone (as I was). Fortunately she chooses her fellow specialists to her own standards - thank goodness!. I am grateful and very happy to have her as my specialist, I give her my highest recommendation.
