I was attending another medical appointment that was running late so I rang the clinic and said I might be 5-10 minutes late for my appointment and I was told even if I was 5 minutes late theyd have to reschedule my appointment because they run to an EXTRA TIGHT schedule. I had to cancel the medical appointment I was at so I could make it to this specialist appointment on time. Then I arrived on time for my appointment only to only be taken in 15 minutes after my appointment time. I brought it up to the receptionist after I waited 10 minutes and asked why this is. They said the doctors previous patient had concerns they need to address. I normally understand appointment run late and one of older reception ladies mentioned thats just life. I agree, in that case why was me being 5 minutes late going to be a problem? I also had life to sort out. And when I brought to their attention of this issue, an older lady interrupted the conversion of me and a younger lady and made the comment thats just life, not the doctors not the last patients fault and not your fault. My issue isnt with appointment running late, but with the fact you guys have zero flexibility and telling me being 5 minutes late is not okay. Then when I arrived only to realised that Im waiting 15+ minutes. The older lady was very rude and had no respect and was unwilling to have a conversation and listen to my concerns. When I was trying to explain this problem, the older lady walked away during middle of my sentence and said thank you while sipping on her tea/coffee. She did not bother to listen to me even one bit. Medical appointments run late is not news, but the zero empathy for patients who may have other things and running slightly late is not okay especially when you guys are running late also. An apology wouldve honestly made the situation much better. I have no issues with Dr Rodins care, he explains things thoroughly and I am fully aware it is not the doctor or the patients fault but the receptionist attitude is really not okay. This is not health care and not how you treat patients.

Beware - do your research before going to this practice - complete waste of money. Dr Rodins is rude and arrogant - did not even acknowledge either my son or me when entering the room. We were primarily consulted by the nurse, and got less than 5min time with the Dr and no further advice. He didn't even look at my son closely, just sat on the bed away from us and pointed his finger for him to turn around instead of asking. Basically we paid for a nurse to get our history and nothing else.
