Not very good service to be honest

I have to agree with the other users commenting here ref the terrible customer service skills of some of the people working there, the blonde woman is extremely rude and the older lady are horrible. Update on Nov-21 I dont really understand how the Prima Donna blonde rude woman can still have a job here today I was making a deposit of coins for the fundraising activities I do for Legacy while I was doing this the coins drop because I put too much. I did not ask for help because I knew what happened she came and while I was down getting the coins out to start again she came cancel the transaction and took my card out and leave out on the table. I was shock I just tried to ignore her because she was just being plain rude. Even the customer on the next ATM was looking at me shaking her head.

Horrible customer service.Extremely rude lady at the counter.If the reviews are taken seriously then please train the lady how to behave and talk with customers.I dint notice the name but she was at the counter (date-15/10/2021 arround10 a.m)

Highly recommend this branch! Melissa at concierge is always wonderful to deal with. Very professional and polite. Extremely busy a couple of days before Christmas but she still found time to give me great advice and assistance which saved me a lot of time. Other dealings with this branch have been good also.
