Exact Radiology at Chapel Hill got me on for an ultrasound guided injection in late December 2022 when all other clinics basically said come back next year!! I had severe pain in my hip and after numerous calls to many other clinics the lovely lady at the Canossa Private hospital branch of Exact Radiology got me in at the Chapel Hill clinic, she did all the calling around while I was on hold as I had no luck when I called other clinics that day. I was asked to come in just a few hours after making the calls and the wonderful staff did everything to get me mobile again. From reception to the nurse and the doctor I was treated with respect with the care on my hip and leg the priority to get me on my feet again during the very bust Christmas rush to the end of 2022. Within a week of the cortisone injection I had freedom of movement again and could walk and drive again without any pain. It would have a been a miserable New Years for me if they hadn't seen as quickly as they did. Thanks team for the great service and Happy New Year for 2023!!

Unfriendly. Seems like everyone that works there doesnt want to be there. I went for a dating scan after a loss and didnt even get to hear the heartbeat. When I asked for photos the male technician looked at me like I was crazy then said well everything looks fine but remember its still early days this is not something you want to hear after a loss or AT ALL during your pregnancy. I will NEVER EVER go back!

I had my bone density scanned today. I was told by the receptionist that it will not cost me anything because my history of osteopenia . Also my dr recommended it to me that here because I will not be charged. Last time it did not cost me any money ! The women who did my scan did not explain herself at all of my question? That I asked if the Medicare item requirement had not changed then why was I charged 85 dollars this time and not the last time? And she said last time it was not her who did the scan(thank god) I will go to my dr and tell her be careful to recommend patient to this place because they will charge the gaps !
