        Erica (Teller Lady) was not welcoming and rude. Ive never been into Carindale CBA always go to my local CBA Bank Wynnum but because I was in the centre I thought I deposit my cash and coins I had on me. Anyways she needs to work on her customer service approach with people. Wont be comping back into this bank might even consider changing banks. Have a great day.

        I had a tricky request. Went in and had the most amazing experience with Terleah! Sadly I got the whole thing wrong and had to rush back. Was so lucky to get the wonderful Terleah again! Every person I spoke to was amazing, and given I was on the verge of a serious meltdown, they just made my day! Thank you and especially to you Terleah!
