If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. The Solar Farmers website says that the company was formed in 2008 but the company has supposedly changed trading names, ABN or whatever (same family name as directors) with the contact details all remaining the same as the company that installed my system in 2012. To me, changing business names is just a way to avoid having to provide a warranty for their clients in the following years. I have only recently just found out about the unacceptable and downright dangerous installation that Solar Farmers Pty Ltd did with my 5kw rooftop PV Solar Array. The work that was completed had the potential to energise the entire roof causing a fire or death. There had been wires run through raw edged galvanised roofing without grommets or conduit, cables left laying directly on the roof, and cables just tucked out of sight under the barge capping. These same cables were then pierced by the roofing screws as the barge capping was screwed back down. The white conduit has 2 cables of 240v running through it. Multiple cables have been found degraded with copper wires exposed and corroded. When I rang to report this to Solar Farmers, I was told "that company no longer exists, the electrical contractors licence is expired and the people no longer work for the company" There was no offer made to make this right or even assist with rectification After discussion with a local trusted electrician, they are amazed that there's been no incident or injury prior. I am now potentially out 1000's of dollars to make the system safe and bring up to even the standard from 10 years ago, let alone the current standards of today. I CAN NOT and WOULD not recommend this company to anyone for any competent electrical work. Be safe, do your research and look elsewhere for a reputable company that will stick around and provide after sales care and support.

These vuys are the best, they always get a technician to ring who suggests a few things to try that maybe causing the problem before they sned someone out with the cost of a service charge. Well done guys keep up the good work.
