        Tracey gave outstanding customer service this morning, I can't thank her enough for her patience and assistance. I purchased several items and she took the time finding me the right sizing etc. She was truly a gem and an asset to your store Thankyou again, I will be back.

        Walking past the store today 30th Oct, I noticed a handbag that I loved so went in to see the price. The lady working there, Nedyalka, went to check if it was on sale as it was beyond my affordability. She was so apologetic, telling me it wasnt so I thanked her and left. I then went to Coles however on the way back, I decided I wanted it anyway so went back in. When Nedyalka scanned it, she was so happy to let me know it scanned $30 less so made my day. But the icing on the cake was Nedyalka herself. What a beautiful lady she is. Extremely personable and friendly lady with excellent customer. A true asset to Noni B. Thank you for making my day Nedyalka.

        DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS The manager is extremely rude and impolite! Came to exchange a gift I had received from someone. However, the manager was very impudent and declined to exchange the item as I didnt have a receipt on me (I was not given a receipt by the gift giver in the first place). The item was fully intact, had no damage and all labels were still there and had not been removed. In all honesty, the manager seemed racist as she was incredibly vulgar and uncivilised towards me, a person of colour.
