rented through grace and tess at east village from 2020 through to 2022, a pleasure to work with and great property managers. anything we needed they would assist with on short notice and the overall business was friendly and easy to work with, would recommend.

When you take a leasing with them in the beginning everything is beautiful but at the end the want to take advantage of everything, I have finished my leasing 24 of April but I gave the keys back and I did the bond clean with a company (no the one they recommend) on 23 of April, the next day (24) I received a text from the property manager saying the cleaner job wasnt ok, so the cleaners went back again to fix that, so I received another text saying that now everything was ok, but suddenly I received another text 3 days after saying again the cleaner wasnt ok, so the cleaners went back again and did some extra clean , but thats is no the end of the history, 2 weeks after I received an email saying I have to pay rent for 3 days more because the cleaning job wasnt ok. Even though the house wasnt cleaned enough when I took the leasing and I sent pictures and emails about the condition of the house, they just ignored that.. I would never take a lease with them. The complex is beautiful and Ill love to live there again but if I do Ill find a private real estate.
