        My NDIS participant used CPM. As a support worker of 15 years I would have to say they are one of the most prompt payers I have ever.. I never have to chase payments & they pay 2-4 days

        As a NDIS participant, I had connect plan for a couple of years doing my invoices and payments. I 100% believe all the good reviews are done by their own staff, as I had countless problems with this organisation. Connect Plan not only caused a tremendous amount of stress but health set backs. If youre considering this organisation, I throughly recommend looking for alternative options. My allied health staff and support workers were chasing me week after week about not being paid by connect plan. Upon calling and finding out about whats going on, I had apologise with promises that were then broken at least every 2nd week. Save yourself time and stress and look elsewhere. I do thank you however for paying on time 3 times in the whole 2 years.
