Cannon Hill Medical Centre

I have been living beside this clinic since 2 years and until now it's really strange that whenever I call to book an appointment, they respond that they are not taking in new patients. What is the purpose of such a clinic to the community?. Its absolutely pathetic.The reviews below also don't seem that welcoming .Should be given 0 stars. Truly unwelcoming

Cannon Hill Medical Centre is a fantastic practise. Its like going to your GP back in the 90s. I have seen Dr. Mason several times, she is a fantastic doctor with a no-nonsense approach. Her lifetime of knowledge and experience is clear and she will give you an appropriate referral if necessary. Bulk billing is an added bonus.

With so many errors and no respect for their patients and If they cannot provide adequate care for their patients when needed the doctors in this practice needs to retire and the centre to close its doors

Dr. Diana Mason is a new doctor of mine and my partner who have moved to Brisbane 2 years ago. She has helped us both with a plethora of issues and has been very understanding and a very thorough doctor. Calling for check ups after treatment etc. would definitely recommend.

I called to set a general appointment,I was not in a rush. Well, they told me that the doctor is basically booked out for the whole year! There was not a spot not now, not tomorrow ...never. I found this to be very strange, how is that possible? The receptionist was saying that she was not sure how long would that last for but the doctor is not taking anymore clients? For ever? I mean I had no rush as I would have needed a general check up, so I was willing to wait also 3months but I was not helped at all, i didn't have a clear explanation about it , I was just told to try somewhere else. I don't recommend it.
