Bed and Mattress Studio

James organised a bed and mattress for Nana. They bought out beds and mattresses to test and really looked after her. She is really delighted with her new adjustable base and mattress. Very happy to recommend, especially for looking after older clients.

I was very impressed with James and Natasha. At no stage did I feel pressured to purchase. They were very focused on providing the right bed & mattress for my mother and asked a lot of questions to ensure I was making the right decision. Top of mind for me was the warranty on the motor for the adjustable base and second the quality of the mattress. TICK! Very satisfied

I'd been to (literally) every major bed store in Brisbane when Bed and Mattress Studio were recommended to me. If this review is TLDR - they are more knowledgeable, helpful and caring than anywhere else. Every other mattress store uses third-party couriers for delivery, and I had been warned of horror stories of delivery drivers demanding an extra $50 as delivery didn't include 'install' (and they threatened to leave a bed at the ground level of an apartment building). Some other retailers wouldn't remove my old mattress. Bed and Mattress Studio were the only company that has their own delivery truck, and my bed was delivered by the sons in this family business. The sons carefully ensured that the bed was at the correct height for me. At a major retailer I was shown a cross section of a mattress and told by an 'expert' that a spring coil interlocking system will be in my mattress (which they knew would be on an adjustable base). Bed and Mattress Studio gently corrected this misinformation (those interlocking systems won't work on an adjustable bases). I had another mattress expert recommend the massage-base option for my Dad, who also might need a bed. Bed and Mattress Studio were knowledgeable enough to know this is dangerous (as my Dad has a heart condition) - and they are not interested in the upsell. I had another 'expert' tell me that you only ever sleep flat on an adjustable base - you only raise it to watch TV or read. This was incorrect, as Bed and Mattress studio have eased my asthma (with the head of the bed raised), and stopped my knees hurting (with the foot of the bed raised). These are just some of the examples of how Bed and Mattress Studio brought peace of mind to the whole experience. As they are a family company, they go out of their way for each customer. I had a concern with the bed and they offered to come over asap - which happened to be a Sunday - to get it sorted. I can't imagine anyone from the big retailers doing that, LOL. At first I was apprehensive as their website doesn't have any prices, but Bed and Mattress Studio came in SO MUCH cheaper than what I was going to spend. They don't pay the franchise fees that explode the prices everywhere else. At first I didn't want to make an appointment but HOLY DOOLEY, it was so easy (they offered a time that suited me well). And I didn't have the staff just wandering away from me to try to sell to other people who walked in after me. They are as professional as they are friendly and down-to-earth.
