Beacon Lighting Cannon Hill

I had an issue with one of the fans purchased from Beacon Lighting Cannon Hill so contacted them regarding faulty fan and replacement. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Jenny, the Store Manager, after I had selected replacement fan, Jenny contacted David from Brislec Services to install the replacement. I received a call almost immediately after I had spoken to her and David arranged for two of his technicians to install it that afternoon. Michael the technician, sent a txt with their eta and they were fast friendly very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. All round fantastic customer service from both companies. Thank you again Jenny for taking care of everything so quickly. Im very happy and the new fan looks brilliant.

I bought an exterior light from beacon lighting from Cannon Hill and the light failed. I went back to beacon and explained that it was about 12 months old. The lady looked up my purchase and found it was still under warranty. A few weeks later Ben turned up on the date and time that I was told and was extremely professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend Beacon Lighting at Cannon Hill.

Good service in store, but the quality of the lights powdercoating for outdoor lights isn't great. The photographs lights are about 9 months old and very faded already.
