I was completely happy with Saunders & Co Solicitors (Melissa Quinn) in all of my recent dealing with them. They are prompt and professional, and I will use them again for any legal dealings that I may have in the future.

If you are willing to deal with Rude and Arrogant conveyancer then this is the place to deal with !! Wish there's an option to give them 0 Star. I have dealt with multiple conveyancers around Australia and I would say people who I have dealt with (Melisa & Receptionist ) here at Saunders & Co Solicitors are extremely rude and don't have any clue on how to treat their customers. Professionally they are okay but not the best. I think they need a training on customer service and behaviour management. Like other reviews here , they need do a lot of work on their pathetic customer service and appalling behaviour. I have never come across such a rude and arrogant conveyancer in my life who just don't know how to answer straight to a simple question and keep you run around in circles when you ask a simple question about your settlement. They just hate you to the hell if you ask them any question once you engage them for their services! Receptionist hung up on us few times when we requested to speak to someone regarding question about our settlement. Will never use them again for how they have treated us during whole process till settlement which supposed to be a pleasant experience.

Without this extremely professional and diligent team I would not have been able to acquire the property of my dreams for such an amazing price during the biggest housing boom in current Australian history.
