Treatment wasnt at all effective and I was asked to spend more money, which I did but still didnt work. Was told to come back a third time and spend more money. No thanks. Never had issues with treatments at other places. Such a huge waste of money. Will not be returning here.

I had a facial here, a facial that I have had previously with no issues, but the second time I had it, I came up with a bright red face and blotchy skin. I went back into the clinic 2 days later and the manager (Angelina) has been an absolute dream. Gave me 2 free sessions of LED light therapy and some cortisone cream as it looked like my histamines had flared up from having the second treatment. That is customer service! They could have waved me away given it was a reaction that they had no way of knowing I would have, but they didnt. And she has followed up and has said shell follow up again in a few days as well. I cannot fault the team here and I will continue to visit this clinic because their customer service is exemplary!

I bought skin care package plus laser package and injectibles here and so far I am very happy about the service that I have revieved here. Friendly staff, clean and organized clinic. Special thanks to Ashly for being friendly and professional. I had great experience for injectables with Anjela aswell. Highly recommend this clinic!

Been here twice now and have been looked after by Eilidh the manager and Diana, the treatments have been incredible my skin has never felt so smooth. Thanks guys
