        Ordered a Getta cheese combo 26th of May to be waited for 25 minutes and have the guy come out and asked what I have ordered Another 10 minutes passed and received my food which was somehow burnt and cold at the same time and the chips was so seasoned I choked eating a clump of seasoning. I dont blame the poor workers I reckon this shop is very understaffed

        Waited half hour for my order at the shop, when I received the order, no apology, no nothing, I let it slide, then went home, only to find my burger in a sorry state and chips cold. Not sure how this place justifies charging $26 for combo.

        We order from these guys very often as it hits the grubby spot however I do get annoyed that they are very hard to get a hold of on the phone. Its often I will call and call and call with no answer. Update: phone service has gotten worse, I cant place orders with them on the phone cause no one answer or like tonight, straight to their beeping sound. Very fustrating

        Great service! But the Getta Burger was Cold, Fries Cold...Fries had way too much seasoning on them! Couldn't finish the meal.....With all the other food outlets within 50m I'm definitely looking at these other options.
